I’ve been living in a tiny apartment near the city center for five years, but my two golden retrievers are officially outgrowing the balcony life. I’m currently scouting the northern suburbs because I’m desperate for a proper backyard and maybe even a small pool to survive the intense August heatwaves.

I’ve noticed that Houses for sale in Athens Greece vary wildly in price depending on how close they are to the international schools, which is a major factor for my growing family. Does anyone have experience with the maintenance costs for older detached Houses for sale in Athens Greece?
