How do you properly insulate a steel barndominium shell for year-round living?

Insulating metal residential buildings requires creating a continuous thermal break between the exterior steel framing and interior drywall. Combining closed-cell spray foam insulation directly against the metal wall panels with blanket insulation or thermal vapor barriers effectively stops condensation traps and lowers HVAC energy consumption.

When we started building out our metal home shell, tackling condensation and thermal bridging was my top priority. We ordered our custom structural frame through https://www.uspatriotsteel.com/metal-barndominiums/ and then applied 2 inches of closed-cell spray foam directly onto the interior steel paneling. Combining spray foam with standard stud framing and fiberglass batts keeps our heating bills super low even in freezing weather, and we've had zero moisture buildup inside the walls.

My family is looking into building a steel barndominium as our main home, but I'm worried about thermal bridging, interior condensation, and keeping heating costs low during the winter. What insulation setup works best inside a metal framing structure?
