I found kingdoms lords while browsing for new online strategy games. It seems to combine kingdom management with battle tactics, which sounds like my type of game. Before I start playing, I wanted to ask if it’s truly free-to-play and how fair its upgrade system is.

Does it have a decent community or guild feature? Any insights or reviews from active players would be awesome to help me decide.
