I hit a scatter symbol feature on a slot while sitting in a coffee shop yesterday, but the screen locked up right before the extra spins began. Refreshing the web page restored the main balance, but the free spin feature vanished completely without granting payouts. How can players claim lost bonus rounds after sudden browser crashes?
