I've found that teaching the concept to someone else, even if it's just explaining it out loud to a friend or rubber duck, forces you to organize your thoughts and fills in gaps in your understanding way faster than just re-reading notes. Spaced repetition with active recall also works wonders—test yourself on the material at increasing intervals rather than cramming everything at once.

I'm struggling to retain information from my history and science classes, especially when there are lots of dates and formulas involved. I've tried traditional flashcards and re-reading my notes, but nothing seems to stick for more than a few days. Does anyone have study methods that actually work for long-term memory? I'd love to hear what techniques have helped you succeed in challenging subjects. 소액결제 현금화
