I'm working on a web design project and need a reliable way to measure elements on my screen. I've tried a few browser extensions, but they’re either clunky or inaccurate. I came across something called an online pixel ruler, and I'm curious if anyone has recommendations or experience using one.

Ideally, it should be easy to use, precise, and compatible with multiple browsers.

Any suggestions for tools you trust or tips on how to use them effectively would be greatly appreciated.
