Which Destination Address Is Used in an Arp Request Frame?

Which Destination Address Is Used in an Arp Request Frame? In an ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) request frame, the destination address used at the Data Link Layer (Layer 2) is the broadcast MAC address: FF:FF:FF:FF:FF:FF. This address ensures the ARP request is sent to all devices on the local network segment, since the sender doesn't yet know the MAC address of the specific target IP address.
