SCORM vs xAPI: Which is Right Standard for LMS?

When i upload the SCORM package to the LMS, the system encounters an error message and won't launch the course. The error message is generic and doesn't provide specific details about the issue. An LMS software development company specialise in Learning management system are the only solutions see to contact with.
